Responsibilities Lead and manage the Amity School of Law, ensuring high academic standards and quality of education.
Develop and implement innovative curricula that meet the needs of students and the legal profession.
Conduct and supervise research activities, guiding faculty and students in their scholarly pursuits.
Foster a collaborative environment among faculty, staff, and students.
Engage with external stakeholders, including legal practitioners and industry leaders, to enhance the school's visibility and partnerships.
Oversee faculty recruitment, development, and performance evaluation.
Ensure compliance with regulatory and accreditation requirements.
Skills and Qualifications A PhD in Law is required.
Proven track record of academic leadership and administrative experience in higher education.
Extensive knowledge of legal education, curriculum development, and pedagogy.
Strong research background with a history of publications in reputable journals.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse stakeholders.
Ability to mentor and inspire faculty and students alike.
