Role Description  This is a full-time, on-site AI Trainer role based in Noida. The AI Trainer will be responsible for creating, curating, and reviewing educational and conversational content related to beauty, wellness, cosmetology, makeup, hair, and skin aesthetics to train and refine AI models used by the institution. Daily tasks include writing and editing high-quality prompts and responses, annotating and labeling datasets, evaluating AI-generated outputs for accuracy and tone, and aligning content with the academy's curriculum and brand guidelines.

The role involves collaborating with academic experts, trainers, and product teams to ensure that AI content reflects current industry practices, international standards, and learner needs. The AI Trainer will also contribute to continuous improvement by identifying content gaps, suggesting enhancements, and documenting best practices for AI-assisted learning experiences.
Qualifications
Strong written communication skills with the ability to create clear, structured, and learner-friendly content in English.
Background or demonstrable interest in beauty, cosmetology, makeup artistry, hair styling, skin aesthetics, or related fields.
Experience in content creation, curriculum support, or training material development for educational or vocational programs is highly desirable.
Comfort working with digital tools, data annotation platforms, or basic AI/ML training interfaces (training will be provided as needed).
Ability to analyze, evaluate, and refine AI-generated responses for accuracy, safety, inclusivity, and brand alignment.
Detail-oriented, with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Collaborative mindset with the ability to work closely with trainers, subject matter experts, and technical teams.
Bachelor's degree in any discipline (education, humanities, computer science, or beauty-related fields preferred) or equivalent practical experience.
