Designation:
General Manager/Senior Manger/Manager – Training & Placement
Job Purpose : To own the responsibility of quality placements and career services like Industry Trainings, Internships, National & International level of Industry-Academia collaboration (MoUs) for students of Engineering, MBA, MCA courses by keeping abreast in the field and raising the employability index of students.
Knowledge:
Proven experience in assisting students in finding quality employment/offers after Engineering/MBA/MCA (UG & PG Courses), including organizing campus placement drives, resume building workshops, and mock interviews.
To organize workshops, guest lectures, and other training programs to help students develop the skills and knowledge needed for their future careers.
Hands on experience in the Outreach i.e. building relationships with potential employers and maintaining contact with alumni, to secure job opportunities for students.
To provide students with guidance and counseling on career-related matters , including resume building, interview skills, and career planning.
To encourage students to network with alumni, industry professionals , and potential employers to expand their professional network and increase their chances of finding employment.
To keep abreast of current industry trends and demands and sharing this information with students to help them make informed decisions about their future careers.
To arrange internships for students to give them hands-on experience in their field of study.
To keep track of the employment status of alumni and providing ongoing support to help them succeed in their careers.
To organise training programs and workshops designed to help students develop the skills and experience they need to succeed in their chosen fields leading to rise in employability index.
To provide students with the resources and support they need to excel in their careers.
Awareness of employment laws and regulations.

University/ Institute experience is desirable.
