Academic Counselor   UK International | Noida   Salary: ₹50,000+ per month + Incentives + Performance Bonus + Other Benefits
About the Role   UK International is looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented Academic Counselor / Career Advisor to join our growing team in Noida.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding students and working professionals in choosing the right career, academic program, and professional pathway, while also contributing to the organization’s admissions and growth targets.

Key Responsibilities    Counsel students and parents regarding courses, career opportunities, and academic pathways.
Understand students’ interests, goals, and requirements and recommend suitable programs.
Handle leads through calls, Whats App, meetings, and walk-ins.
Convert prospective enquiries into successful admissions.
Follow up consistently with prospective students and maintain a strong conversion pipeline.
Achieve individual and team admission/revenue targets.
Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
Build strong relationships with students and provide excellent pre- and post-admission support.
Participate in seminars, career counselling sessions, events, and promotional activities.
Stay updated about courses, industry trends, and career opportunities.
Candidate Profile

Experience:

2+ years in Academic Counseling, Career Counseling, Education Sales, Admissions, or a related field.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong convincing, negotiation, and counseling abilities.
Target-oriented with a strong sense of ownership.
Confident in handling students, parents, and working professionals.
Good command of English and Hindi.
Ability to work independently as well as within a team.
