The ideal candidate should have 4-6 years of experience in event production, preferably in media, broadcast, entertainment events. The role demands strong planning, coordination, vendor management, budgeting, and live event execution capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
· Plan, conceptualize, and execute on-ground and virtual events including summits, conclaves, political events, entertainment properties, brand integrations, and special broadcasts.
· Coordinate with editorial, production, marketing, sales, digital, PCR, graphics, and technical teams to ensure seamless event execution.
· Prepare event timelines, production schedules, run-downs, cue sheets, and operational plans.
· Manage end-to-end event logistics including venue coordination, permissions, artist/talent handling, stage setup, travel, accommodation, and hospitality.
· Liaise with vendors, agencies, freelancers, technical partners, and production houses for event deliverables and execution.
· Oversee stage production, lighting, sound, LED setup, branding, live streaming, and broadcast integration during events.
· Ensure all events are executed within approved budgets while maintaining production quality and timelines.
· Handle sponsorship deliverables and brand visibility requirements in coordination with the sales and partnerships team.
· Conduct venue recce, technical rehearsals, and dry runs prior to event execution.
· Troubleshoot real-time operational and technical challenges during live events and productions.
· Maintain compliance with safety protocols, legal permissions, contracts, and organizational guidelines.
· Prepare post-event reports including budgeting, vendor reconciliation, execution analysis, and performance reviews.
Requirements:
· 4-6 years of experience in event production, preferably in media, TV broadcast, entertainment, or large-format live events.
· Strong understanding of live production workflows and broadcast/event coordination.
· Excellent vendor management, negotiation, and budgeting skills.
· Ability to work under pressure and manage tight deadlines and live event environments.
· Strong communication, leadership, and team coordination abilities.
· Proficiency in MS Office, event planning tools, and production documentation.
· Flexibility to travel and work extended hours based on event schedules.
