Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Event Sales Coordinator based in Noida. The Event Sales Coordinator will manage event sales activities, collaborate with clients to understand their needs, and create customized event plans. Key responsibilities include providing exceptional customer service, coordinating event logistics, and aligning event goals with business objectives. Additional responsibilities include managing communication with vendors and partners to ensure seamless execution of events.
Qualifications
Proven skills in Customer Service and a customer-centric mindset.
Expertise in Event Planning and Event Management, including handling logistics and coordination.
Strong Communication and Sales skills to liaise with stakeholders and upsell event services when applicable.
Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and deliver under deadlines.
Proficiency in event-related software tools is a plus.
Bachelor's degree in event management, business, or a related field is preferred.
Flexibility to work on-site in Noida and adapt to dynamic work environments.
