Key Responsibilities

Event Planning & Execution:
Coordinate all operational aspects of events including logistics, vendor management, registrations, venue coordination, and on-ground execution.
Vendor & Stakeholder Management:
Liaise with venues, production teams, vendors, sponsors, and internal teams to ensure smooth event delivery.
Have good vendor connections for gifting purposes.
Budget & Resource Management:
Support in preparing and managing operational budgets, negotiating with vendors, and ensuring cost efficiency.
On-site Management:
Supervise setup, branding, AV, delegate management, and ensure smooth running show during live events.
Compliance & Safety:
Ensure all events follow safety regulations, permits, and compliance requirements.
Post-event Reporting:
Support in feedback collection, debriefs, and reporting to measure event success and improvements.

Requirements

Any bachelors degree.
3+ years of experience in event operations, preferably in B2B events / conferences / exhitibition.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to details.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and event management tools/software.
Ability to work under pressure and manage tight timelines.
Flexibility to travel and work on-site during events.
