Traffic Monks is a performance-driven SEO agency based in Noida, competing in two demanding verticals:
International Gaming SEO and Local Indian SEO. We're hiring an SEO Manager to own the SEO strategy and execution across our international gaming portfolio and other client niches.
This is a senior, ownership-heavy role. You'll set the strategy, lead a lean execution team, and be accountable for organic growth in some of the most competitive search niches out there. Success in this role looks like clear traffic and ranking gains across your accounts, a sharp and accountable delivery team, and clients who trust the direction you set.
You'll report directly to the founder and have real influence over how the agency grows.
We're looking for a genuine all-rounder - someone who has scaled organic traffic in gaming, but who has also worked across multiple industries and can adapt strategy to any niche.
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end SEO roadmap for assigned gaming and cross-industry clients, setting quarterly traffic and ranking targets and owning the outcomes.
- Lead SEO for competitive international gaming websites, including keyword strategy, content-gap analysis, and international SEO architecture (hreflang, multi-region targeting).
- Direct high-authority link acquisition through editorial outreach, guest posts, and niche edits, supported by competitor backlink analysis.
- Lead and mentor SEO Executives, specialists, and interns — assigning work, reviewing quality, and holding the team to clear deliverables.
- Own technical SEO audits using Screaming Frog, Sitebulb, and Google Search Console, and resolve crawl, indexing, redirect, and Core Web Vitals issues.
- Diagnose organic traffic drops and algorithmic impacts, and lead recovery strategy.
- Set content direction aligned to search intent and topical authority, briefing and reviewing writers.
- Own client-facing reporting via dashboards and Looker Studio, presenting results and next steps clearly.
- Track and act on KPIs across Google Search Console, GA4, and Ahrefs.
Qualifications
- 4–6 years of hands-on SEO experience with a proven track record of scaling organic traffic.
- Demonstrable experience on gaming or iGaming SEO projects (required).
- Experience across multiple industries — a true all-rounder, not a single-niche specialist.
- Deep command of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO, with strong link-building expertise in competitive niches.
- Experience leading or mentoring a team.
- Expert-level proficiency with Ahrefs, Google Search Console, and Screaming Frog.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Familiarity with international/multi-region SEO and hreflang (preferred).
- Experience owning client relationships and reporting (preferred).
- Ability to work full-time from our Noida office.
