We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Event Manager to lead the planning, execution, and management of the company’s internal and external events. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in corporate event management, vendor coordination, budgeting, stakeholder management, and delivering high-impact events aligned with organizational goals.
The role requires someone who can independently manage multiple events, coordinate with internal teams and external partners, and ensure seamless execution from concept to completion.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, organize, and execute corporate internal and external events, including employee engagement activities, corporate meetings, conferences, seminars, brand events, celebrations, and client-facing events.
Develop event concepts, themes, agendas, and execution plans in alignment with company objectives.
Manage end-to-end event operations, including venue selection, vendor management, logistics, branding, production, hospitality, and on-ground execution.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders, leadership teams, clients, and external agencies to ensure successful event delivery.
Identify, negotiate, and manage relationships with event vendors, agencies, venues, and service providers.
Prepare and manage event budgets, cost estimates, approvals, and ensure cost-effective execution.
Oversee event timelines, checklists, run-of-show documents, and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
Manage event branding, communication materials, invitations, guest management, and attendee experience.
Lead event-day operations, troubleshoot issues, and ensure smooth execution.
Measure event effectiveness through feedback, reports, and post-event analysis.
Stay updated with industry trends, innovative event formats, and new engagement ideas.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality standards and timelines.
Required
Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree
Minimum 5 years of experience in corporate event management.
Proven experience in managing internal employee events and external corporate events .
Strong experience in handling large-scale events independently.
Excellent vendor negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to manage budgets, timelines, and multiple priorities.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Willingness to travel and work flexible hours as per event requirements.
