Responsibilities

- Handle statutory licenses (Fire NOC, Trade License, local approvals) for all offline categories
- Track license status, renewals, audits, closures, and maintain compliance trackers, MIS, dashboards
- Support HSE audits, safety compliance, mock drills; coordinate with Regional Safety Officers (RSO) and site teams
- Manage safety trackers, reports, closure sheets; liaise with third-party safety agencies/vendors
- Coordinate with internal category SPOCs, agencies for Security, Housekeeping, OB, etc.
- Validate manpower deployment, attendance, billing; track PF, ESIC, GST, and statutory compliance
- Follow up on documents, corrections, closures; act as SPOC between agencies, finance, and teams
- Support audits, inspections, HSE documentation, observations, and corrective actions

Required Skills

Technical:

- Advanced Excel & Google Sheets (trackers, MIS, dashboards)
- Google Looker Studio / Power BI (preferred)

Functional:

- Strong follow-up, coordination, multi-tasking under tight deadlines
- Knowledge of compliance, safety, or manpower operations

Communication:

- Clear verbal/written skills for teams, vendors, authorities

Key Expectations

- Willing to work beyond 8 hours during peaks/closures
- Based near Noida office (travel ease)
