Nutrition Placement

Job Description:

We are looking for a Nutrition Placement Coordinator who will be responsible for managing placements and industry partnerships for students enrolled in Nutrition and Dietetics programs. The role involves coordinating with hospitals, clinics, wellness centres, food companies, and healthcare organizations to ensure quality placement opportunities for students.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and develop partnerships with hospitals, clinics, wellness centres, gyms, NGOs, food companies, and healthcare organizations
- Arrange internships, live projects, and final placements for Nutrition & Dietetics students
- Coordinate interviews, placement drives, and industry interactions
- Maintain placement records, student data, and employer databases
- Prepare students for interviews, resumes, and basic professional etiquette
- Collect and share placement feedback from recruiters and students
- Work closely with the academic team to align industry requirements with curriculum
- Ensure timely communication with students regarding placement opportunities

Required Skills &

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, Life Sciences, or related field (preferred)
- Experience in placements, training coordination, or academic operations
- Good communication and relationship-building skills
- Basic understanding of nutrition industry roles (Clinical Nutritionist, Dietitian, Health Coach, etc.)
- Proficiency in MS Excel, email communication, and reporting
- Organized, proactive, and student-centric approach
