Hiring Executive

CTC: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-end hiring of therapists & counsellors
- Campus visits (colleges, institutes)
- Screening & interview coordination
- Maintain hiring database & tracker
- Schedule trials, documentation, onboarding
- Ensure steady availability of therapists
- Work closely with ops & clinical teams
KRAs
Pipeline Strength
- Minimum active therapist pool maintained
- Reduced hiring turnaround time
Process Discipline
- 100% documentation & database accuracy
- Clear hiring status visibility
Quality Control
- Low dropout rate post onboarding
- Right-fit hiring (not just fast hiring)
