Role Overview
We are looking for a  Business Development Manager (BDM)  with strong experience in  IT Services, IT Staffing, and Resource Augmentation sales . This is a  commission-based role , ideal for self-driven sales professionals who have an existing network or the ability to generate new business independently.
The BDM will be responsible for acquiring new clients, closing deals, onboarding projects, and building long-term relationships with customers across domestic and international markets.

Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Sales
Identify and acquire new clients for  IT services, IT staffing, and resource augmentation
Generate leads through cold outreach, networking, Linked In, job portals, references, and partnerships
Understand client requirements and propose suitable engagement models
Pitch services including:
Contract / Permanent IT Staffing
Dedicated Developers / Teams
Offshore / Nearshore Resources
Web & Mobile App Development Projects

Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and decision-makers
Act as the primary point of contact during pre-sales and post-sales handover
Coordinate with delivery, HR, and recruitment teams to ensure smooth execution
Ensure high client satisfaction and repeat business

Negotiation & Deal Closure
Prepare proposals, rate cards, and commercials
Negotiate pricing, timelines, and engagement terms
Close deals independently and meet revenue targets
Assist in finalizing MSAs, NDAs, SLAs, and contracts

Market Intelligence & Strategy
Track market trends, competitor offerings, and pricing strategies
Identify new business opportunities and verticals
Suggest improvements in sales processes and go-to-market strategies

Reporting & Collaboration
Maintain CRM updates and sales pipeline
Share weekly/monthly progress reports
Collaborate closely with internal recruitment, delivery, and leadership teams

Commission & Engagement Model
Commission-Based Role (No Fixed Salary)
Attractive commission on successful deal closures
Commission eligibility on:
IT Staffing placements
Resource augmentation contracts
Project-based IT services
Transparent payout terms as per agreement
Opportunity for  long-term recurring commissions  based on client engagement model

Skills & Qualifications
Must-Have   3+ years of experience in  IT Sales / IT Staffing / Resource Augmentation
Strong understanding of:
Contract & Permanent Staffing
Offshore / Remote Development Teams
IT Services & Project Sales
Proven ability to close B2B deals
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented
Ability to work independently in a remote environment

Good to Have
Existing client network (India / US / UK / Europe / Middle East)
Experience selling:
Web & Mobile Development
SaaS / Cloud / Digital Solutions
Familiarity with MSA, NDA, rate cards, and staffing contracts
Experience using Linked In Sales Navigator, CRM tools, job portals
