We’re hiring a Sales Leader (EdTech) — Noida | Onsite
We’re looking for someone who has BUILT & SCALED EdTech sales teams.
This is not a fresher role.
This is not a “handle leads” role.
We need someone who has actually built and scaled sales teams in EdTech — hired people, trained them, set processes, and owned revenue.

Who This Role Is For:
You’ll fit well if you:
• Have built & scaled sales teams in Ed Tech
• Have experience with high-ticket education sales
• Know how to hire, train & mentor counsellors/closers
• Can design scripts, funnels, KPIs & processes
• Think like an owner, not just a manager
What You’ll Own:
• End-to-end sales strategy & execution
• Team hiring, training & performance
• Conversion across webinar → screening → enrollment
• Working closely with marketing & product
• Scaling revenue in a predictable way
