We are looking for a highly driven  Performance Marketing – Senior Executive / Lead  with  3 to 6 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing across digital channels  to join our growth team  will be responsible for planning, executing, optimizing, and scaling performance marketing campaigns to drive user acquisition, engagement, and growth for our B2C streaming platform.

This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in scaling a fast-growing FAST streaming platform, work on high-impact acquisition campaigns, and directly influence growth metrics such as installs, registrations, CAC, LTV, and retention. Experience in scaling performance marketing for B2C apps or platforms is mandatory.

Experience with OTT, media, or entertainment platforms will be a strong advantage but is not mandatory.

Key Responsibilities
User Acquisition Strategy:  Plan and execute performance marketing campaigns across paid channels including Google Ads (UAC, Search, Display, You Tube), Meta (Facebook & Instagram), and other relevant acquisition platforms.
Campaign Execution & Optimization:  Manage campaign setup, A/B testing, bid strategies, audience targeting, creatives, and continuous optimization to improve performance metrics such as CPI, CPA, ROAS, and LTV.
Platform & Channel Management:  Drive growth across mobile app installs and web acquisition through channels such as Google, Meta, OEM platforms, programmatic networks, affiliate networks, and emerging ad platforms.
Analytics & Performance Tracking:  Monitor campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Firebase, Apps Flyer, Adjust, or similar attribution platforms, and derive actionable insights to improve ROI.
Creative Strategy

Collaboration:

Work closely with design and content teams to develop high-performing ad creatives, test variations, and continuously improve conversion rates.
Data-driven Decision Making:  Analyze funnels, user cohorts, attribution data, and channel performance to optimize spend allocation and scale winning channels.
Budget Management:  Manage and scale marketing budgets efficiently while maintaining optimal CAC and maximizing ROI.
Experimentation & Growth Initiatives:  Continuously test new channels, platforms, targeting strategies, and growth experiments to unlock scalable acquisition opportunities.

Cross-functional Collaboration:

Work closely with product, analytics, and leadership teams to align acquisition strategies with product roadmap and business objectives.
OTT / Media Experience (Preferred):  Prior experience in performance marketing for OTT, streaming, media, or entertainment platforms is a strong plus but not mandatory.

Required

Skills & Qualifications
3 to 6 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, preferably for B2C apps or digital platforms (mandatory)
Proven experience managing campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads platforms

Experience with mobile app install campaigns and attribution platforms such as Singular, Apps Flyer, Adjust, Firebase, or Branch
Strong understanding of performance metrics such as CPI, CPA, CAC, ROAS, LTV, and retention

Experience with Google Analytics (GA4), Firebase Analytics, or similar analytics tools
Hands-on experience in campaign optimization, A/B testing, audience segmentation, and funnel analysis
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive actionable insights
Experience managing significant performance marketing budgets and scaling campaigns efficiently
Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills

Experience with OTT, media, streaming, or subscription platforms is a plus but not mandatory
