About the Role :
We are looking for a highly driven Ad Tech & Programmatic Operations professional to manage, optimize, and scale programmatic monetization across our digital publishing platforms at ABP Network. The candidate will play a critical role in maximizing revenue yield, managing SSP/DSP integrations, and ensuring seamless ad operations execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Programmatic Revenue & Yield Management
- Manage and optimize programmatic revenue across Display, Video, Native, and Mobile inventory.
- Work closely with SSP partners and demand sources to maximize fill rates and CPMs.
- Monitor performance metrics including eCPM, fill rate, viewability, and revenue trends.
- Implement yield optimization strategies such as floor price management, header bidding, and demand diversification.
Ad Tech & Platform Management
- Manage and optimize Ad Server platforms such as:
- Strong knowledge of Google Ad Manager is MANDATORY
- Header Bidding Platforms (Prebid / Amazon TAM / OB / Other wrappers)
- Analyze inventory performance using reporting tools and dashboards.
- Provide actionable insights to improve monetization and audience yield.
- Track discrepancies between ad server, SSP, and client reporting.
- Strong understanding of digital ad metrics and revenue KPIs.
- Ability to analyze data trends and derive revenue optimization strategies.
- Advanced Excel / Data analysis skills preferred.
Experience Range: 3-8 years of relevant experience
