Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior / Project Manager to lead end-to-end execution of IT projects, including mobile and web application initiatives. The role involves managing multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery within budget, and aligning outcomes with business objectives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, stakeholder management, and deep understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

Key Responsibilities

- Manage full project lifecycle from planning to delivery following industry best practices.
- Define project scope, timelines, budgets, and resource plans with stakeholders.
- Monitor risks, dependencies, milestones, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Track project performance and ensure on-time delivery of key deliverables.
- Conduct project meetings and maintain clear communication with stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional and remote teams across multiple time zones.
- Drive change management including documentation, training, and communication plans.
- Ensure high-quality project outputs meeting stakeholder expectations.
- Identify opportunities for continuous process improvement.
- Apply strong SDLC knowledge for smooth project execution.

Required Skills & Experience

- 3+ years of IT Project Management experience handling complex projects.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and frameworks.
- Proven leadership and multitasking capabilities.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience managing distributed teams.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field.
- Experience managing mobile and web application projects.
- Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.
