Possess strong Operation skills, A Self – Starter and hands on with entire P2P operations process for IT Purchase

Specialized knowledge and independent handling of  Purchase related to IT Both Direct and Indirect Procurement – Products. Licenses and Services
Vendor Management, Stakeholder Management
Managing Purchase Process Independently with minimal supervision
Excellent Negotiation skills to put forth Company objectives and ensure mutuality of interests
Inter-personal skills to facilitate inter-departmental working
Good Knowledge of working SAP as ERP.
Mange all RFP/RFQ related to IT Purchase on Global Basis
Bring about changes/ improvements in the assigned area
People leadership and Team Player
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written to facilitate working of systems
Complete responsibility for the IT Purchase sub-systems, including:
Planning, Delegation and Tracking
Line management, including administrative tasks, problem-solving
Ensure compliance with Company policies
Anticipation of bottlenecks
Motivating Team members
Managing Team members performance

- Internal :
Team-members, HBU / VBU Leaders, Functional Managers, Employees
Externa l:
Global Vendors, Governmental Agencies / other relevant external agencies (depending on sub-system assigned) Guide the sub-system team operationally as well as provide leadership, extensive administrative interfacing.
