Project Manager, IT Project Manager, Systems Analyst

We’re looking for a delivery-driven leader who can manage complex Microsoft engagements, build strong client relationships, and ensure flawless execution across teams.

What You’ll Do

- Lead end-to-end delivery for Microsoft client engagements
- Act as the primary interface between Microsoft stakeholders and internal teams
- Own project planning, execution, delivery, and governance
- Drive on-time, on-budget, high-quality delivery across multiple work streams
- Manage risks, dependencies, escalations, and change requests proactively
- Ensure adherence to Microsoft delivery standards, compliance, and reporting
- Prepare and present status reports, dashboards, and executive updates
- Lead cross-functional teams (engineering, QA, Dev Ops, support, etc.)
- Mentor team members and drive delivery excellence and continuous improvement

✅ What We’re Looking For

- 10+ years of overall experience in Project Management / Delivery Leadership
- Mandatory:
Prior experience working with Microsoft as a client
- Strong understanding of Microsoft engagement models, governance, and delivery processes
- Proven experience managing large, enterprise-scale IT / digital projects
- Excellent stakeholder management and client-facing communication skills
- Strong command over Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid delivery models
- Hands-on experience with tools like Azure Dev Ops, JIRA, MS Project, etc.
- Ability to work onsite from Noida
