Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida for a Generative AI Engineer. In this position, you will design, develop, and optimize AI models for content generation and creative solutions. Key responsibilities include working on machine learning model development, fine-tuning generative AI frameworks, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to align AI-driven technologies with organizational goals. The role also involves implementing and testing advanced algorithms to enhance advertising and marketing strategies while maintaining a focus on innovation and technical excellence.

Qualifications

- Proficiency in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Deep Learning methodologies

- Experience with Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Generative AI models such as GPT, transformers, or similar technologies
- Hands-on expertise in Python, Tensor Flow, PyTorch, or similar tools for AI model development
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills
- Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud for AI integration

- Experience with data preprocessing, model deployment, and performance optimization techniques
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field
- Ability to collaborate with diverse teams and adapt to a fast-paced working environment
- Prior experience in the advertising or media industry is a plus
