- Good understanding of Exadata Architecture
- Detailed assessment of in-scope vulnerability and detailed delivery plan for remediation before implementation.
- Remediate vulnerabilities fully managed by HCL
- Clear understanding of Exadata features like Flash Cache, Storage Index and HCC
- Solid exposure of all Exadata hardware components including networking
- Understanding of Luns, Cell Disk and Grid disk
- Desing and Implementation experience of Exadata features
- Understanding of CELLCLI and DCLI usage for managing Exadata components
- Performance monitoring and tuning of Exadata components.
- Understanding of Cell Storage software and disk replacement
- Troubleshooting experience with Exadata components hardware faults

ZFS Administration

Database and RAC

- Hands on experience of RAC, Database and ASM management
- Solid understanding of RAC components and architecture
- Performance tuning experience of RAC and database

- Experience of ASM management and configuration

Unix Administration

- Good hands-on experience with Oracle LINUX/Solaris operating system
- Basic knowledge of Unix shell scripting
- Unix user and file system management experience
- Basic Unix administration

Patching Skills

- Exadata bundle rolling patching including Storage cell, DB server, PDUs and network switches.
- RDBMS and GRID Infrastructure patching experience

Monitoring Tool Skill

- Installation and configuration of OEM 13c Agents on compute nodes
- Discovery of Exadata and Integration with OEM 13c
- Monitoring alerting of Exadata OEM events using OEM 13c
- Understanding of ASR and Oracle Gateway for Exadata Hardware alerts and notification

- Experience of ASR implementation and configuration
- Administration experience of ASR and coordination with Oracle support
- Good understanding of management for Exadata through ILOM
- Experience running Sundiag reports, ILOM snapshots and Exacheck reports.
