Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Management Intern to join our team. The intern will work directly with Senior Project Manager. This role will provide hands-on exposure to Project Enablement, Client Success, and PMO Governance, offering a unique opportunity to gain experience in Project workflows and cross-functional collaborations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with Product, Operations, Sales, Marketing, Content, Training, Support, and Finance to ensure seamless project execution.
- Participate in daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and sprint planning to gain practical Agile exposure.
- Gather and analyze stakeholder feedback to identify areas for improvement and innovation.
- Assist in preparing status reports, meeting notes, and executive-ready project documentation.
- Analyze project data to provide insights that support decision-making and strategy execution.
- Assist in defining and executing project strategies, roadmaps, and delivery processes.
- Contribute to client success initiatives, ensuring a high-quality learner experience and timely delivery.

Qualifications:

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with project management tools is a must.
- Ability to work independently while contributing effectively to a team.
