Staffing Industry experience
Education:
Bachelor's degree
Required Skills:
- 2 to 5 years of overall experience in IT Staffing and/or IT Services industry (Perm Placements/Direct Hire, Nearshore Hiring, SOW)
- Supported SI/IT Services organizations
- Heavy end to end recruiting and sales life cycle experience
- Prior experience with Client Relationship & Communication (Hiring Manager, TAG, MSP, Procurement)
- Prior experience of Sales and Account Management experience
- Prior experience with ATS, Linked In and VMS tools
- Prior experience with CRM tools - Sales Navigator, Linked In Navigator or similar
- Prior experience with Hub Spot and Zoom Info.
- Technology understanding is highly preferred.
- Ideally supported LATAM/Mexico region
- Excellent English communication skills
- Great personality and interpersonal skills
- Spanish language is highly preferred Skills
