About the Role:

The  Solution Consultant  plays a key leadership role in the Integrated GTM team, leading transformation across Digital Business Services (DBS) and Engineering Services (ERS). This position  orchestrates strategic pursuits and leverages the latest technologies, including Generative AI (Gen AI) , to deliver innovative, future-ready solutions tailored to client needs with core responsibilities as partnering with practice heads and technical experts to reveal new growth opportunities, developing robust GTM strategies, and delivering persuasive, Gen AI-empowered proposals.

The solution component will focus on enabling  end-to-end service transformation,  driving  industry-aligned value chain innovation , and elevating  process excellence , all powered by Gen AI. This is achieved through close coordination with sales SMEs and consultants, ensuring the proposals are fully supported and aligned with business objectives.
The scope spans a diverse digital landscape: UX & UI, Digital Engagement Platforms, Application Modernization, Multi-Channel Commerce, Cloud, API & Micro-services, BPM & RPA, Data & Advanced Analytics, and SaaS ecosystems like Salesforce—with a significant emphasis on Gen AI’s ability to accelerate innovation and enhance outcomes across various industries.

What is Expected of the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

Lead a team of Solution Specialists, ensuring alignment with client needs and business goals.
Act as the primary point of contact for escalations, resolving issues and ensuring smooth project delivery.
Oversee the development of tailored technical solutions for clients, ensuring they meet business objectives.
Design, implement, and optimize outcome-based pricing constructs for presales proposals.
Ensure the Solution Specialists are continuously upskilling in the latest AI tools and technologies.
Collaborate with the sales, product, and technical teams to ensure seamless integration of AI and other solutions into client proposals.
Monitor the progress of ongoing pre-sales engagements and provide regular feedback to team members.
Develop and implement strategies to improve pre-sales activities, leveraging AI tools and technologies to streamline processes.
Drive internal collaboration and knowledge sharing within the presales team.

Skills Needed:
The  Solution Consultant  requires both technical expertise and leadership skills to successfully manage a team and lead complex presales engagements. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of AI’s role in the services industry and experience in creating strategic, outcome-based pricing models.

Key

Skills:

Proven leadership experience in managing a pre-sales team, with the ability to drive collaboration and deliver results.
Strong understanding of AI’s impact on the services industry, particularly in automation and digital transformation.
Extensive experience with AI tools (e.g., machine learning, NLP, robotic process automation) and their application in presales.
Expertise in designing and implementing outcome-based pricing models aligned with client KPIs and business objectives.
Strong experience in solution architecture, client-facing engagements, and pre-sales activities.
Ability to provide strategic guidance and mentorship to Solution Specialists, helping them grow and succeed in their roles.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to senior stakeholders.
Strong project management skills to oversee multiple presales engagements simultaneously.
Proven track record of delivering AI-driven solutions and leading a successful presales team.
Expectations for New Hires:
Complete AI certification within the first few weeks to build a strong foundational understanding of AI technologies.
