About the Role    We’re looking for a skilled   Word Press Developer   who can build fast, secure, and conversion-focused websites for brands across healthcare, finance, hospitality, ecommerce, and service industries. The ideal candidate understands that websites are business tools, not just design projects, and can deliver performance-driven, scalable solutions.
You’ll work closely with designers, marketers, and automation teams to turn concepts into high-performing digital experiences.

Responsibilities
Develop responsive Word Press websites and landing pages using custom themes or builders like Elementor/ Gutenberg.
Convert Figma/PSD designs into fully functional Word Press websites.
Integrate lead forms, CRM tools, Whats App, chat widgets, analytics, and tracking pixels.
Optimize websites for speed, performance, and basic SEO best practices.
Customize themes and plugins as per project requirements.
Handle website migrations, hosting setup, and staging environments.
Fix bugs, perform updates, and ensure website security and backups.
Manage multiple projects while meeting delivery timelines.
Coordinate with the project manager and creative team for smooth execution.

Skills & Requirements    Strong experience with Word Press CMS.
Good command of Elementor or Gutenberg.
Solid knowledge of HTML, CSS, basic JavaScript, and PHP.

Experience with hosting panels (cPanel, Plesk) and domain management.
Understanding of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.
Knowledge of speed optimization techniques and Core Web Vitals basics.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Portfolio of Word Press websites is mandatory.
