Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead the strategy, roadmap, and execution for
our large-scale OTT platform.  Must have experience in OTT Domain . The ideal candidate will have strong experience in consumer internet products, video streaming platforms, and data-driven product development. You will work closely with engineering, design, content, marketing, and business teams to deliver a world-class streaming experience to millions of users.

Key Responsibilities

Product Strategy & Roadmap
- Define and own the product vision, strategy, and long-term roadmap for the OTT platform (Web,
Mobile, Smart TV, Android TV, Fire TV, etc.).
- Identify user needs, market opportunities, and competitive gaps to drive product innovation.
- Prioritize features based on business impact, user value, technical feasibility, and analytics.

Product Development & Delivery
- Convert business requirements into detailed PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Work closely with engineering teams throughout the development lifecycle (planning, execution,
QA, release).
- Ensure timely delivery of high-quality features and platform enhancements.

User Experience & Engagement
- Optimize content discovery, personalization, recommendations, search, playback, subscriptions,
and payments.
- Improve user retention, engagement, and conversion metrics across platforms.
- Drive initiatives around UI/UX improvements, onboarding, and customer journeys.

Data & Performance Monitoring
- Track product KPIs such as MAU, DAU, watch time, churn, conversion, ARPU, and retention.
- Define success metrics and continuously optimize product performance.

Stakeholder Management
- Collaborate with Content, Marketing, Monetization, Ad-Tech, and Business teams.
- Act as the bridge between business goals and technical execution.
- Communicate product plans and progress to senior leadership.

Required

Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in Product Management, preferably in OTT, media streaming, consumer
internet, or digital platforms.
- Strong understanding of video streaming technologies, DRM, CDN, encoding, and playback
systems.
- Knowledge of subscription models including AVOD, SVOD, TVOD, and in-app purchases.
- Experience managing mobile apps, web platforms, and smart TV ecosystems.
- Experience working with AI-powered tools to quickly generate Product Requirement Documents
(PRDs), user stories, and Figma-based UI/UX design prototypes.
- Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Good to Have
- Experience scaling products to millions of users.
- Knowledge of ad-tech platforms and monetization systems.

- Experience with personalization and recommendation engines.
- Exposure to international content distribution and compliance standards.
- Prior experience in media, telecom, or digital entertainment companies.
