Responsibilities
Write, proofread, and edit high-quality technical marketing content, including white papers, blog posts, case studies, product guides, web content, and campaign copy.
Create compelling, audience-focused copy that clearly communicates product value and differentiators across digital and print channels.
Ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency of all technical content by reviewing and refining content created by product, marketing, and technical teams.
Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and marketing teams to translate complex technical concepts into engaging, easy-to-understand content.
Develop technical storytelling and narratives that position HCLSoftware as a leader in enterprise software and innovation.
Partner with product marketing, demand generation, and sales enablement teams to deliver content aligned with campaigns and business goals.
Qualifications
5–7 years of experience in technical content writing, copywriting, or content marketing within a B2B SaaS or enterprise software environment.
Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field. A technical background or exposure to software technologies is a strong plus.
Skills
Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail.
Strong experience in Security and IT operations will be preferred.
Ability to simplify complex technical concepts into clear, engaging narratives.
Strong experience in copywriting for digital campaigns, web content, and product storytelling.
Familiarity with content marketing principles and SEO best practices.
Excellent collaboration and communication skills for working across teams.
Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
