About the Team:
We are seeking a Punjabi AI Content Creator with a deep understanding of Punjab’s political landscape and a strong command of AI-driven content creation. This role is for someone who doesn’t merely track political news but understands its  context, subtext, and emotional resonance  within Punjab. You will own and operate our digital footprints for Punjab, translating real-time political developments into compelling, high-velocity content using cutting-edge AI tools.

The expectation is simple: speed, relevance, and narrative sharpness.

What Would This Role Entail?
AI-Driven Content Creation
Produce daily political content (images, short videos, memes, scripts, explainers, etc) in Punjabi using AI tools.
Ensure output quality is high, visually engaging, and optimized for virality across platforms.
Political Monitoring & Rapid Response
Track Punjab-specific political developments in real time- leaders, parties, policies, controversies, and public sentiment.
React quickly to breaking news with contextually accurate and emotionally resonant content.

Necessary

Skills & Qualifications
Fluency in Punjabi  (written and contextual usage) with strong understanding of  Punjab’s political landscape
Ability to track  Punjab-specific political developments  and respond quickly with accurate, context-driven content
Hands-on experience or strong inclination towards  AI-driven content creation  (images, short videos, memes, scripts, explainers)
Good understanding of  social media platforms , platform-specific formats, trends, hashtags, and posting strategies
Strong sense of  regional culture, dialects, local humor, and audience sentiment
Ability to work  independently  with end-to-end ownership of assigned digital pages

Good-to-Have Skills
Prior experience in  regional or political content creation
Advanced familiarity with  AI content tools  for image, video, and text generation
Experience managing or growing  social media pages  for regional audiences
Understanding of  political narrative building and audience psychology
Ability to perform under  high-pressure, fast-moving news cycles
