Role Summary
We are seeking a proactive and articulate Sales Associate to support our expanding outreach initiatives. This role has been introduced to strengthen outreach execution and manage increasing bandwidth requirements across multiple programs. The ideal candidate will play a key role in engaging stakeholders, maintaining outreach workflows, and supporting partnership coordination efforts.
What You’ll Do
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
Execute structured outreach initiatives to engage universities, institutions, professionals, corporates and partners
Communicate professionally with stakeholders through email, calls, and Linked In
Support partnership coordination and onboarding activities
Maintain accurate outreach records, trackers, and reports using Excel / Google Sheets
Ensure timely follow-ups and consistent communication with prospects
Collaborate with internal teams to align outreach activities with ongoing initiatives
Support the team in meeting outreach targets and timelines
Required Skills and
Competencies:
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Professional interpersonal and stakeholder management abilities
High level of attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a structured manner
Experience and Qualifications
1–4 years of relevant experience in outreach, partnerships, coordination, or a similar role
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferred)
