Role Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and hands-on Manager – Digital Marketing & Creative Design Specialist to lead our creative and digital marketing initiatives. This role combines ownership of marketing creatives with execution of digital marketing campaigns and brand communication activities.
The ideal candidate will bring strong creative design capability along with practical experience in planning, executing, and reporting on digital marketing campaigns, while working closely with senior leadership and technical teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and deliver all creative assets for marketing, brochures, client presentations, and internal communications
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns in coordination with senior leadership
- Coordinate website and social media technical activities with internal and external technical teams
- Manage and enhance the organization’s digital and social media presence
- Track campaign performance and provide outcome reports and insights to senior stakeholders
- Support brand-building initiatives across channels
- Represent the organization at seminars, conferences, and industry events when required
Required Experience & Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in creative design and digital marketing, including management of digital campaigns
- Proven hands-on experience in designing and delivering creatives in multiple formats (samples/portfolio required on request)
- Degree or diploma in Graphic Design or a related creative discipline
- Strong experience in digital campaign execution and marketing coordination
- Excellent written communication skills
- Ability to collaborate across teams to deliver business outcomes
- Willingness to travel within India or internationally, if required
