Senior Business Analyst

Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to lead business requirement analysis, process optimization, and cross-functional collaboration for digital platforms across the E-commerce, Food, and Healthcare domains. The role involves close coordination with Product Managers, Project Managers, Engineering, UI/UX, QA, and Business stakeholders to deliver scalable, high-impact solutions using Agile/Scrum methodologies

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead requirement elicitation through stakeholder discussions, workshops, and discovery sessions.
- Prepare and manage comprehensive documentation including BRD, FRD, SRS, and Functional Specifications.
- Develop Epics, User Stories, Features, and Acceptance Criteria aligned with business objectives.
- Perform process mapping (As-Is & To-Be), workflow design, and gap analysis.
- Create wireframes, use cases, business rules, and system interaction diagrams.
- Actively participate in Agile ceremonies including backlog refinement, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Collaborate with QA teams on test scenarios, test cases, and provide UAT support.
- Conduct impact analysis, manage change requests, and maintain release documentation.
- Ensure solutions align with business goals, compliance standards, and industry best practices.

Domain Expertise :

Experience working on digital platforms in one or more of the following domains:

- E-commerce:
Catalog management, pricing, checkout & payments, promotions, CRM/loyalty programs, returns, inventory & order management.
- Food Industry: Menu management, restaurant onboarding, delivery workflows, dispatching, cancellations, SLA monitoring.
- Healthcare:
Member/patient portals, claims & provider workflows, appointment scheduling, EMR/EHR integrations, telehealth systems.
- On-Demand Platforms:
Booking systems, real-time availability, auto-dispatch/assignment, live tracking, wallet/payments, notifications, admin dashboards.

Required Skills :

- 5+ years of experience in Business Analysis / Functional Analysis
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and SDLC
- Proven expertise in stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination
- Hands-on experience with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Excel, Visio/Lucidchart/draw.io, Figma (basic), Axure RP
- Good understanding of APIs, system integrations, and reporting/analytics
- Exposure to SQL, BI dashboards, and data analytics
- Certifications such as CBAP / CCBA / PMI-PBA / CSM / PSM preferred
- Experience working as a Product Owner or Product Business Analyst is an added advantage
