Role Overview
We are looking for a Word Press Developer Intern to join our development team for a 3-month paid internship. This role is ideal for freshers who have foundational knowledge of Word Press and are eager to gain hands-on experience by working on live projects.
As an intern, you will work closely with senior developers, designers, and project managers, contributing to real client and internal projects while learning industry best practices.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in developing and maintaining Word Press websites
Work on theme customization and basic plugin development
Convert UI/UX designs into responsive Word Press pages
Troubleshoot and resolve website issues and bugs
Optimize website performance and ensure cross-browser compatibility
Collaborate with the development team on problem-solving and feature enhancements
Learn and follow coding standards and development workflows
Requirements
Basic knowledge of Word Press (themes, plugins, admin panel)
Understanding of HTML, CSS, and basic Java Script
Familiarity with PHP is a plus
Basic understanding of responsive design principles
Willingness to learn, experiment, and take ownership of tasks
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
