The role requires strong experience in designing mobile-first applications and web
dashboards, with a deep understanding of complex workflows, data-heavy screens,
and usability for on-ground operational users.
The designer will work closely with product, engineering, and domain experts to
translate factory processes, audits, and operational workflows into simple, intuitive digital
experiences.
Key Responsibilities
DfOS Product Design Context
UI/UX Designer
• Design intuitive and efficient UI/UX for DfOS mobile apps and web admin panels.
• Create task-oriented, workflow-driven designs for factory operations, audits,
inspections, and checklists.
• Design data-heavy screens such as dashboards, reports, analytics views, and
status monitoring pages.
• Build and maintain a scalable design system aligned with DfOS branding.
• Ensure designs support offline-first usage and low-connectivity environments.
Required
Skills & Qualifications
• 3–6 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer in product-based applications.
• Strong experience designing enterprise, SaaS, or B2B applications.
• Proven experience with mobile-first and tablet-based applications.
• Portfolio showcasing workflow-based, data-intensive product designs.
Design Tools & Assets
• Create and maintain design assets, UI components, and reusable libraries.
• Handover designs effectively to developers using proper documentation and tools.
