Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced ASP.NET Web Forms Developer with strong expertise in application support, SQL optimization, and SSRS reporting. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in maintaining and enhancing legacy Web Forms applications, troubleshooting production issues, and ensuring SLA-driven support delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain, support, and enhance existing ASP.NET Web Forms applications.
Troubleshoot and resolve production issues with effective root cause analysis (RCA).
Implement long-term fixes and performance optimizations.
Develop and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, views, and functions.
Design, develop, and deploy SSRS reports.
Enhance UI interactivity using jQuery and JavaScript.
Collaborate with QA, Infrastructure, and Business teams for issue resolution.
Document solutions and contribute to knowledge base management.
Ensure adherence to SLA-based support practices.
Participate in release management and deployment activities.
Technical Skills Required
Strong experience in ASP.NET Web Forms (C#) .
Solid understanding of SQL Server with query optimization expertise.
Hands-on experience in SSRS report development and deployment .
Proficiency in jQuery, JavaScript, HTML, CSS .
Experience with TFS / Git version control.
Knowledge of debugging, logging, and performance tuning of web applications.
Preferred Skills
Exposure to IIS configuration, application pools, and deployment management .
Basic understanding of Windows Server administration related to web hosting.
Experience working with ticketing tools (Service Now, JIRA, etc.) .
Familiarity with ITIL-based support environments .
Soft Skills
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
Ability to work independently in a production support environment.
Good communication skills for stakeholder coordination.
Proactive and detail-oriented approach.
