@Jellyfishtechnologies expanding its software services team & are looking for a results-driven Lead Generation & Outreach Specialist to drive outbound growth for Sinki.ai . . This role involves planning and executing email campaigns, cold outreach, and direct engagement with decision-makers (CXOs, founders, and senior leadership) to generate qualified leads.
Title & Position:
Lead Generation & Outreach Specialist (B2B Services)
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and execute email outreach campaigns targeting CXOs and key decision-makers
Conduct cold calling and Linked In outreach to generate new business opportunities
Build and manage target prospect lists across industries and geographies
Craft personalized messaging for high-conversion outreach campaigns
Identify and engage with relevant stakeholders (CTOs, CIOs, Heads of Data, etc.)
Qualify leads and schedule meetings for the sales team
Maintain and update CRM with outreach activities and pipeline status
Continuously optimize outreach strategies based on performance metrics
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align messaging and targeting
Requirements:
2–5 years of experience in B2B lead generation, outbound sales, or business development
Proven experience in cold emailing, cold calling, and Linked In outreach
Strong understanding of B2B sales funnels and lead qualification
Excellent communication and persuasion skills
Experience using tools like Apollo, Hub Spot, Zoho, Linked In Sales Navigator, or similar
Ability to research and identify target accounts and decision-makers
Experience in IT services, data engineering, or the Databricks ecosystem
Basic understanding of data engineering concepts, analytics pipelines, and modern data platforms
Familiarity with Databricks use cases such as data migration, lakehouse architecture, and AI/ML workflows
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in IT services, data engineering, or the Databricks ecosystem
Familiarity with AI, analytics, or cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
Prior experience targeting international markets (US, Europe, or the Middle East)
