Role Overview
We’re not looking for JUST an account manager!
We are looking for someone who treats every brand like it’s their own, who cares about the work, the results, and the relationship just as much as the client does. This isn’t a coordination role. It’s a thinking role. A strategy-first, outcome-driven role.
We want someone who genuinely loves marketing & is passionate about turning ideas into reality. We want someone who thinks strategy & creative, we want someone who notices great ads, has opinions on campaigns, and gets excited about what makes something work. Someone who can think beyond the obvious, bring fresh ideas to the table, and care deeply about the “why,” not just the “what.”
We want someone proactive & detail oriented, the kind of person who connects dots others miss, and spots opportunities clients didn’t even know existed.
In this role, you will be the strategic partner & primary point of contact for clients, leading growth, delivery quality, and performance across performance marketing, social media, SEO, and websites. You will need to be execution focused and great at getting work done through others, aligning teams, and ensuring things move fast without compromising quality. Deadlines & standards will matter to you.
(High standards are non-negotiable here.). You will be required to communicate clearly, build trust easily, stay calm under pressure, and take full ownership from brief to results.

Technical & Digital Marketing Knowledge
Strategy & Creative Thinking
Client Servicing & Soft Skills
Performance marketing (Google Ads, Meta Ads basics)
SEO strategy and content-led growth fundamentals
Social media marketing (organic strategy & paid campaigns) & metrics
Influencer and creator marketing workflows
Website, landing page and conversion funnel basics
GA4 / analytics reports
Campaign KPIs: CAC, ROAS, CTR, conversions, engagement, etc.
Ability to interpret data and translate into actionable insights
Understanding of UTM tracking, attribution models, and basic marketing automation
Build digital marketing roadmaps aligned to client business goals
Ability to define KPIs, timelines, and success metrics for campaigns
Craft briefs for creatives/content/performance teams
Suggest campaign ideas, growth hacks, and optimization strategies
Understand brand positioning and storytelling
Ability to review creatives, copies, and campaigns for strategic, brand, and platform alignment
Ensuring consistency, accuracy, and compliance with platform guidelines and brand standards
Spot opportunities for upsell and business expansion
End-to-end ownership of multiple client accounts across retainers and project-based engagements while ensuring on-time, high-quality delivery
Confident presentation skills
Strong skills in preparing client-ready decks, proposals, and strategy documents
Experience leading client meetings, reviews, and planning sessions
Experience handling client escalations, expectation management, and conflict resolution
Problem-solving & outcome driven mindset
Proactive, ownership-driven attitude
Understanding of SOWs, retainers, scope changes
Coordination with finance teams for billing, invoicing
Please note, you must be able to confidently guide clients & teams, and take charge of your projects efficiently
Good to Have
(Preferable) Experience managing and service clients
Ideally has 2+ years of Agency experience
Familiarity with tools: GA4, Meta Ads, Google Ads, Notion, Linear/, reporting dashboards
Previous 2 to 3 years of experience at reputed marketing/digital agency
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
