About the Role:

We are looking for a Business Analyst + Project Manager (BA/PM) who can bridge the gap between business requirements and technical execution. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical understanding, the ability to gather and translate business requirements into clear technical specifications, and experience managing project delivery. Experience in the fintech industry will be highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

- Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements from stakeholders.
- Translate business requirements into clear technical specifications and user stories for engineering teams.
- Manage end-to-end project execution, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and quality standards are met.
- Work closely with product managers, developers, QA teams, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Facilitate requirement discussions, sprint planning, and project status meetings.
- Monitor project progress and track risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks.
- Ensure effective communication between technical teams and business stakeholders.
- Assist in process improvements, workflow optimization, and documentation.

Required Skills &

Qualifications:

- 4–5 years of experience in a Business Analyst, Project Manager, or combined BA/PM role in a technology environment.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
- Experience working with technical teams and engineering stakeholders.
- Ability to write detailed requirement documents, user stories, and process flows.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Technical background (Computer Science, Engineering, or relevant experience).
- Prior experience in the fintech industry is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with APIs, system integrations, and modern web applications.

- Experience with project management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Click Up, Confluence, or similar.
