ABOUT

THE ROLE
We are looking for an experienced Data Scientist  to join the team at  Codespire Solutions , a leading enterprise AI product engineering organization. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, deploying, and optimizing machine learning and AI models that power our scalable SaaS platforms across industries such as manufacturing, legal tech, healthcare, and enterprise operations. You will be solving real-world problems involving predictive systems, recommendation engines, natural language processing (NLP), and large-scale data analysis.
As a Data Scientist, you will collaborate with engineering teams to build production-ready AI systems that seamlessly integrate with backend services and cloud infrastructure. The role offers the opportunity to work on cutting-edge AI solutions that have a direct impact on real businesses.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Machine Learning Development
Design, build, and deploy scalable Machine Learning and AI models.
Develop models for various use cases, including classification, regression, clustering, NLP, and recommendation systems.
Evaluate model performance and continuously work on improving accuracy and performance metrics.
Data Processing & Feature Engineering
Perform data extraction, cleaning, transformation, and feature engineering on structured and unstructured datasets.
Build data pipelines for training and inference workflows, ensuring they are scalable and efficient.
Advanced AI & NLP
Develop deep learning models using CNNs, RNNs, and transformer architectures.
Build NLP systems for text classification, summarization, information extraction, and conversational AI.
Model Optimization & Evaluation
Apply statistical techniques to validate model performance.
Conduct A/B testing and experimental analysis to optimize models.
Continuously improve models for performance, scalability, and reliability in real-world environments.
Deployment & Integration
Deploy ML models into production environments, ensuring they integrate seamlessly with cloud infrastructure.
Build REST APIs and scalable inference pipelines to serve AI models.
Work with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud environments to deploy and scale models.
Collaboration
Collaborate closely with data engineers, backend developers, and product teams.
Contribute to AI architecture and model design discussions.
Document model performance, datasets, and experiments to ensure traceability and reproducibility.
REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science , Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience as a  Data Scientist  or  AI/ML Engineer , with a focus on building production-level AI models.
Strong proficiency in  Python , with hands-on experience in key libraries:
Num Py
Pandas
Scikit-learn
Tensor Flow
Py Torch
Strong understanding of  Machine Learning algorithms ,  Statistics and Probability ,  Model evaluation metrics , and  Experimental design .

Experience with  Natural Language Processing (NLP)  techniques and tools.
Hands-on experience with  Deep Learning architectures  (CNNs, RNNs, Transformers).
Proficiency in  SQL  and data querying tools.

Experience with  Large-scale data platforms  like  Spark  and  Hadoop .
PREFERRED SKILLS

Experience with  cloud platforms  such as  AWS ,  Azure , or  GCP .
Experience deploying models using  Docker  and  Kubernetes .
Familiarity with  MLOps  pipelines and production ML systems.
Experience building  end-to-end AI systems  for enterprise applications.
