AI Operations Associate

Role

We are looking for a smart and tech-savvy AI Associate with 1–2 years of experience who is passionate about Artificial Intelligence, automation, and modern AI tools. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and hands-on experience working with AI platforms and productivity tools.

Key Responsibilities

Work with AI tools and platforms for business operations and productivity enhancement

Research and implement AI-based solutions to improve workflow efficiency

Create prompts and optimize AI-generated outputs for different business requirements

Coordinate with internal teams to understand operational needs and suggest AI-driven improvements

Assist in automation, data handling, reporting, and process optimization

Stay updated with the latest AI trends, tools, and technologies

Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation related to AI projects

Requirements

1–2 years of relevant experience in AI tools, automation, operations, or related roles

Basic understanding of Artificial Intelligence, ChatGPT, automation tools, and productivity platforms

Good communication and analytical skills

Ability to learn new technologies quickly

Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Workspace, and reporting tools

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving mindset

Preferred Skills

Experience with prompt engineering

Familiarity with tools like ChatGPT, Gemini, Notion AI, Zapier, or similar platforms

Basic knowledge of data analysis or workflow automation

Understanding of AI-assisted business operations
