Role Overview :
We are seeking a skilled  R / R Shiny Developer  with strong expertise in data analysis, statistical modeling, and interactive dashboard development. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with R programming and the ability to transform complex datasets into actionable insights through data-driven solutions and visualizations.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform  statistical analysis  on large and complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights
Design and develop  interactive dashboards and web applications using R Shiny
Build and implement  predictive models  using advanced statistical and machine learning techniques
Create  clear, visually compelling data visualizations  using R packages and visualization tools
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (data scientists, analysts, business stakeholders) to understand requirements and deliver solutions
Translate complex analytical findings into  simple, understandable insights  for non-technical audiences
Develop, maintain, and optimize  R scripts and data pipelines  for performance and scalability
Debug, test, and enhance existing codebases to ensure accuracy and efficiency
Conduct  statistical testing and model validation  to ensure reliability of outputs
Follow and promote  best practices in version control, code review, and documentation
Technical

Skills Required:

Strong proficiency in  R programming

Experience with essential R packages such as:
dplyr, ggplot2, tidyr, shiny, data.table
Hands-on experience building  R Shiny applications
Solid understanding of  statistical concepts  (regression, hypothesis testing, predictive modeling, etc.)
Familiarity with  data visualization techniques  and best practices
Basic knowledge of  SQL and/or Python  is an added advantage
Experience working with large datasets and data cleaning techniques
Preferred

Skills:

Experience with  version control tools  (e.g., Git)
Knowledge of  cloud platforms or deployment of Shiny applications
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
