Job Description

• Client-side (in-house) role focused on business systems, including Bullhorn CRM, and BI/reporting

• Responsible for managing systems, enabling reporting, and supporting data-driven decisions

• Work closely with business teams and IT for system optimization

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and support Bullhorn (ATS/CRM) and other business systems

• Ensure data accuracy, system performance, and integrity within Bullhorn and related systems

• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards (Power BI/Tableau) using Bullhorn and other data sources

• Extract and analyze data using SQL and Bullhorn data structures

• Gather and document business requirements related to Bullhorn and reporting needs

• Act as a bridge between business users and technical teams/vendors

• Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation within Bullhorn workflows

• Support system enhancements, integrations, and upgrades

• Coordinate with vendors and internal IT teams

Required Skills

• Experience working with Bullhorn (ATS/CRM)

• Strong experience in Power BI / Tableau

• Hands-on experience with SQL

• Experience in data analysis and reporting
Understanding of business systems (CRM/ERP)

• Strong stakeholder management and requirement gathering
