Key Responsibilities:

Create, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns including Search, Display, Performance Max, You Tube/Video, Call-Only, Remarketing, and Desktop-focused campaigns.
Generate high-quality inbound leads and calls while maintaining strong ROI/ROAS.
Perform keyword research, competitor analysis, and continuous campaign optimization based on CPC, CPA, CTR, Conversion Rate, and Quality Score.
Setup and manage Conversion Tracking, GTM, GA4, Call Tracking, and Enhanced Conversions.
Monitor daily campaign performance, reduce spam/invalid traffic, and coordinate with sales & technical teams to improve lead quality.

Required Skills
Strong hands-on experience in Google Ads and PPC lead generation.
Expertise in keyword research, audience targeting, and bidding strategies.

Experience with USA market campaigns and dollar billing accounts preferred.
Knowledge of Google Analytics, GTM, Looker Studio, and competitor research tools.
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
Understanding of Google Ads policies and suspension prevention.

Preferred Qualifications
3–5+ years of Google Ads experience.
Experience in service-based or lead generation industries preferred.
Google Ads Certifications are an added advantage.
