Solution Architect – Salesforce Health Cloud (Contract Role)

Key Responsibilities
• Design and own end-to-end Salesforce Health Cloud solution architecture.
• Architect LWC-based UI solutions with reusable component design.
• Drive healthcare-focused Salesforce implementations across patient and provider ecosystems.
• Define integration architecture using REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, HL7, and FHIR.
• Work with middleware platforms such as Mule Soft, Informatica, Boomi, etc.
• Ensure Salesforce security, sharing model, HIPAA / PHI / PII compliance best practices.
• Provide leadership in governance, stakeholder management, code reviews, and architectural decisions.
Required Skills & Domain Expertise
• Strong expertise in Salesforce Health Cloud solution architecture.
• Hands-on experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Healthcare domain experience covering:
oPatient Services
oCare Management
oProvider & Member-centric solutions
•
Experience with :
oClinical Data Model (CDM)
oCare Plans
oCare Gaps
oPatient 360
• Strong understanding of Salesforce security and compliance standards.
•
