ServiceNow Developer

Job Summary  We are seeking an experienced Service Now Developer / Consultant with strong expertise in Service Now platform development, integrations, and workflow automation. The ideal candidate should possess hands-on experience across Service Now modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and CSM along with strong scripting and integration capabilities.
Candidates with relevant Service Now certifications are mandatory for this role.

Key Responsibilities   Design, develop, and implement Service Now solutions across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and CSM modules.
Develop and customize Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, and Catalog Items.
Build and manage workflows using Flow Designer and Service Now automation capabilities.
Develop integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, Integration Hub, and MID Server.
Configure and maintain Service Now applications and modules as per business requirements.
Troubleshoot platform issues and optimize system performance.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and technical teams for solution delivery.
Participate in code reviews, testing, deployments, and production support activities.
Ensure adherence to Service Now best practices and governance standards.

Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
Exposure to enterprise-level Service Now implementations and integrations.
Educational Qualification  Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or related field.
