The Opportunity
We are seeking a Senior Consultant – SAP Utilities C4C (Functional) with strong hands-on experience in SAP C4C and S/4
HANA Utilities. The role involves end-to-end implementation, configuration, and support of Customer Service processes for utility clients, working closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver high-quality SAP C4C solutions.

Key Responsibilities
Demonstrate advanced functional expertise in SAP IS Utilities & SAP C4C, with practical experience across electricity, gas, and water utility operations to support comprehensive end-to-end business processes.
Configure and customize SAP C4C system while ensuring that solutions align with business requirements and adhere to EY delivery standards.
Facilitate and lead business workshops, blueprinting sessions, and solution design activities, including the development of Business Blueprint Documents (BBP/BBD), Functional Specifications (FS), test scenarios, and training materials.
Provide comprehensive oversight and support throughout all phases of system testing (Unit, Integration, UAT), including effective defect management and resolution, with a particular focus on the Customer Service module.
Design, enhance, and document both core and customized IS U business processes, applying industry best practices and leveraging EY Utilities accelerators where applicable.
Collaborate efficiently with technical teams, business stakeholders, and international EY GDS partners to translate complex functional requirements into clear and actionable solutions.
Exhibit adaptability and readiness to travel as needed to facilitate client engagements and support project delivery.
Possess a thorough understanding of Utility industry business processes, encompassing both Regulated and Deregulated market structures across electricity, gas, and water sectors.
Maintain robust functional knowledge of Meter-to-Cash (M2C) processes, Interaction Centre operations, Move-in/Move-out procedures, and related activities.
