Technical Architect-Service Now

Job Summary:

As a Service Now Architect, you will be involved in developing, designing and supporting the technical solutions on the Service Now platform. You will provide administration, application development, integration with other IT services, maintenance, and technical support, using best practice web programming techniques to create robust solutions for utilizing the Service Now platform.

Responsibilities:
Successfully plan, execute, monitor, control, and close all technical tasks related to configuration and implementation of all aspects of the Service Now platform.
Provide software development and customization including, but not limited to screen tailoring, workflow administration, report setup, data imports, integration, scripting, third party software integrations, and custom application development.
Obtain and analyze/interpret business requirements to propose sustainable solutions in Service Now.
Coordinate and solve complex technical data and transformation issues.

Qualifications:

7+years of experience of Service Now Applications development or Product implementation experience
Expert in Service Now administration, configuration, and development (ITSM, CMDB, KB experience required)
Expert in developing Service Now Business Rules, Includes, UI Actions, Scheduled Jobs, Service Now client and server-side scripting

Working experience with Service Now modules like HRSD, PPM, CSM, ITOM, ITBM, ITSM is an added advantage
Responsible for the technical specification and implementation of the Service Now integration with 3rd party tools/systems.
Expertise Web Services integrations (SOAP, REST), Scripted REST API's
