The Role
We are looking for a highly skilled and proactive Dev Ops Lead to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on expertise in Azure Cloud, Kubernetes (AKS), CI/CD automation, release management, and modern Dev Ops practices .
This role requires someone who can drive Dev Ops strategy, streamline deployment pipelines, improve platform reliability, and collaborate effectively with development, QA, and architecture teams across projects. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills are essential, as the role involves close coordination with internal teams and client stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Design, implement, and manage scalable Dev Ops infrastructure on Microsoft Azure
Manage and optimize Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) environments
Build, maintain, and enhance CI/CD pipelines using Git Hub Actions
Implement and manage deployment strategies using Helm Charts
Handle release planning, deployment automation, rollback strategies, and release governance
Manage Azure services such as:
Azure Function Apps
Azure App Services
Azure Static Web Apps (SWA)
Ensure high availability, scalability, security, and performance of cloud infrastructure
Automate infrastructure provisioning and operational tasks
Collaborate with development teams for containerization, deployment optimization, and environment management
Monitor infrastructure, troubleshoot production issues, and implement preventive measures
