Who are we looking for
Designation : IT Support Engineer
Experience Range : 3+ years
What is the work
Responsible for monitoring and responding to multiple email accounts and support tickets on a daily basis during working hours, ensuring timely resolution and communication.
Handling user issue throughout the day (Like: Laptop, Desktop, VPN, RDP, M365 etc), issues related to Web sites, Firewall, Cloud VM.
Windows, Mac mini and mac laptop system configuration , installation and ios update, taking backup through time machine , check hardware issue.
Software support i.e. installing/updating softwares e.g. Microsoft & Mobile application tools, linux system configuration, installations, etc.
Printer installation and configuration.
Skype support, Outlook support.
Firewall and proxy server handling e.g. configuration, backup and restoring backup, creating rules, url blocking, filtering, etc.
Network monitoring e.g. identifying network loop, VLAN configuration, LAN cable punching , IO panel punching , LAN testing, etc.
Coordination with all hardware related vendors.
To work late hours and be available outside of regular business hours as needed, including evenings, weekends, or during critical system issues or maintenance windows.
Monitoring/Controlling of all IT related devices of organization on regular basis.
Monitoring VMs, HDD utilization and health on physical servers.
Handling ISP's, Routers and switches.
Handling Active directory server, and M365.
Handling Antivius server.
Asset/Device management physically and in software,
