Your Role

Provide technical support and troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and user issues through ticketing systems, ensuring timely resolution, customer satisfaction, and smooth IT operations.

Job Profile

Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, network, and application-related issues.
Manage and resolve incidents/service requests through ticketing tools while meeting SLA targets.
Troubleshoot user issues, perform root cause analysis, and escalate complex problems to higher support teams.
Support system installations, user account management, remote assistance, and overall IT service operations.
