Qualification:

3-10 years of experience in software testing, with at least 3-5 years in test automation.
Proficiency in programming languages like Java, or JavaScript for automation development.
Hands-on experience with UI and API automation frameworks.
Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks and test scripts for web, mobile, and API testing.
Perform functional, integration, regression testing.
Develop clear, concise, and detail-oriented test plans and test cases.
Execute and analyze manual and automated test cases, reporting test results effectively.
Validate UI elements, workflows, reports, and dashboards for accuracy and functionality.
Conduct end-to-end testing to ensure seamless functionality across modules.
Develop, document, and maintain test cases, including test data and automation scripts.
Lead and mentor a team of testers/SDETs, providing technical guidance and best practices.
Define and implement test strategies, automation frameworks, and testing roadmaps.
Oversee the design, development, and execution of automated test scripts for web, mobile, API, and backend systems.
Review design specifications to gain a thorough understanding of the project.
Analyze specifications or verbal communications to create effective test plans.
Define test requirements and design comprehensive test strategies to ensure full project coverage.
Manage defect reporting, tracking, and resolution processes, ensuring high software quality.
Conduct root cause analysis to prevent recurring issues and improve test efficiency
Maintain comprehensive test documentation, including test plans, reports, and automation scripts.
